Appointment Policies
Cancellations
Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance for rescheduling or cancellations.
Fees & Payments: Payments are due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp and Cash.
Limitation of Liability
Colibri Notary Services is not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse of notarized documents, incorrect information provided by clients, or decisions made based on notarized documents.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within the state.
